All of the Sailor Scouts are already drawn, but since I'm at a point where it'll be updated once everyone else is done, I figured I'd post it. It's about as done as it's going to be for a while.
-I had no idea what to do for the b/g, so it's going to be changed later. I also realized I need to re-draw Jupiter, as if I hadn't done a tone of on-pc edits to this image. DX Ah yeah, and I had the worst time finding a good picture of how the anime did the "Mars" planetary symbol.
Completed 10/1/16: Changed b/g, completed circlet, changed dress' patterning.
